How Can severe Shoulder Pain After An Injury Be Treated?

Hi, I m wondering if I could get some clarification on an on going injury. I am a regular gym attender and when I train shoulders ( usually comes from shoulder press) I get an uncomfortable pain in my left shoulder/trap which then also causes pain in my left pectoral. Could you clarify anything for me

I do understand your pain and discomforts



"As" per your history is concerned give rest to the affected area. If possible use a warping for few days for quick healing. Apply ice every hour for 20-30 minis at least for 48 hours then apply heat to the area for improved blood flow. Take painkiller ibuprofen 2 times with any PPI.
